Please note, by making an online reservation, you agree to the terms of service of the lane reservations feature. 

Your email confirmation will serve as your contract, and you will be bound to the terms and conditions herein.

• Food or beverage purchased elsewhere are not allowed inside Cave Springs Lanes.

• All reservations require a deposit, and in some cases, payment in full.   Your deposit will be used to pay the balance due on your reservation. No deposits will be refunded.

• Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to the scheduled reservation start time to receive a deposit credit to your account.

• To cancel a reservation prior to the deadline cancellation date, please contact Cave Springs Lanes by phone at (636) 441-1774.

• When making a reservation please book as accurately as possible.  For example, if you only book your activity for one hour or one game, and after arriving you decide you want to extend or add time, you may NOT be able to extend or add to your experience if there is another reservation or a waiting list for that activity.

• In the event that your group is late and the lanes or activity have another reservation following or a waiting list queue, you will forfeit, without refund, the amount of time to allow your group to finish as originally scheduled.

Reservations made online may not be combined with other discounts on-site, including but not limited to “buy one, get one” type of offers, or any free offer. Any discounts automatically applied by the reservation system are only valid for the date and time selected. Changing your reservation to a different date and time will void any discounts applied.

A confirmation will be automatically generated by the system. Please present this confirmation when you check-in. Also, as a reminder, if you are making this reservation from your place of work, please make certain that you set the bowlcavesprings@gmail.com to your “safe senders” list in your email program, as certain business spam filters may flag your confirmation as spam.

Although we strive to provide the best services to our guests, occasionally there is a mechanical breakdown or other unexpected circumstance (such as inclement weather) that causes a delay or change in your reservation.  Cave Springs Lanes reserves the right to alter the number of lanes/activities available, or to alter the times available for your event, without compensation to your group, with notice.
